Revision History — Session 21
Session 21 — March 21, 2026
Summary
Established a new batch working method for the Decision Review. Rather than 1 file per session, resolved ~30 files in a single session by batching decisions, with the user approving or redirecting in real time. Also extracted the creative themes driving the user’s decisions into documented principles now held in where-we-left-off.md.
Relationship frontmatter (neighbors) was added to every file touched — combining the two parallel tracks into a single pass.
Method Going Forward
- 20+ Decision Review files per session
- I recommend based on established lore themes; user approves or redirects
- Clear calls resolved autonomously in batches; edge cases flagged
neighborsfrontmatter added to every touched file simultaneously
Files Resolved
~30 files from ashkel-verge.md through frost-bite-tundra.md. See decision-log/2026-03-21.md for full list and individual decisions.
Next Session
Continue Decision Review from glacial-spikes.md. Apply the same batch approach.
Sessions 22–24 — March 21, 2026
